facepalm stuff on wow\

Back to WoW after almost 6months hiatus, or was it really that long? I love the random LFG feature Blizzard introduced in patch 3.3. Before that, pugging a group is just really time-consuimg if you're a casual player. Since the random LFG, I've been farming badges at a much faster rate than previously possible. But then cross-server LFG, brings along cross-server douchebags... Just because people are on a different server than you are,  brings about the worst behaviour from some players - an unfortunate consequence of an otherwise wonderful feature.

Dragon Age Origins

I almost didn't believe it when Dragon Age Origins (DA) was released. Bioware had announced they were making this game like 5 years ago and released little news of the game and I've forgotten it was in the making. But finally got my copy of the collector's edition and I was killing stuff before I knew it.

2 years of WoWing

Headless HorsemanAs Hallow's End kicked off again, I'm reminded that it's been 2 years since I started playing WoW. In these 2 years' time, I've created 10 toons across 2 servers, leveled 5 toons from 1 to 80 and have made Medivh the main home of my toons and horde my main faction. WoW is the first and still the only MMORPG I've played and being a total newbie, WoW opened my eyes to the fun of roleplaying online.

Sims 3 Fun

Since Sim 3 released, I've built over 5 houses and created at least 30 sims in Sunset Valley. I have traditionally enjoyed playing the Sims more, developing their lives, careers, love lifes etc more than building their dream houses, but this time it has been a lot of fun building, with the new level of customization allow in the sims 3 game engine.

Enough WoW for Real?

I guess I'm tired of the game. WoW has always been a social game for me where its fun playing with friends. I'm sick of all the northrend dungeons content and since I'm just in a terrible timezone for a US server, raiding schedule is just hard to coordinate for me. I could transfer but its probably not worth paying the transfer fee to an oceanic server if I'm already sick of the game.

Since the last server free transfer opened, I've lost more friends that I can count, some I really enjoyed playing the game with, and now there's just not enough fun factor for me anymore.
