The project that I had been working on for the last few months has been launched over the weekend. I did have to come back on saturday to fix some last minute bugs but its been pretty much smooth-sailing after that. The occasional bugs that come in are non-critical and I can take my time to fix them. While this is nice, it has slowed down the pace tremendously.
In fact, I came into the office at 10.30am today and realised that I was the only one in my team. My boss came in an hour later and the rest of my co-workers are on leave. Well, who could blame them? It was National Day on sunday and the following monday was a public holiday, most people take the chance to take a couple more days for a super long weekend.
I'm bored at work and my boss's sleeping in his chair besides me. Yeah literally lying down and sleeping. I think I would burst out laughing if he started snoring. I suppose maybe today I can actually leave on the dot if I want to.
