So I get to raid over the weekends and while I didn't manage to run 25man Vault on my priest and not even a naxx raid, I managed to snug in a slot for 25OS and a 10OS for my druid. Didn't win anything although Kev started a mini drama in OS10 when the feral druid in the raid rolled and won 2 items. He asked the druid if he'll pass the 22slot bag since he already won the t7 gloves token and the druid refused. So there was some mini drama which involved some yelling in raid chat.
Coincidentally, I was the next highest roll for the 22slot bag and would win the loot if said druid passed. If I were him, I would, after its only a bag and it'll make another person happy but I guess not everyone's like me. (Sarcasm) So Kev did give the druid his 2nd loot but we all left with a bad taste in our mouth.
And I went to QQ to Uso, that druid's gm since he's my friend. Uso told me he doesn't know a thing about that druid and went on ahead to persuade me to join CDK. I finally gave in and after saying goodbye to my old guild, gquit and join CDK. To be honest, I rather miss Northrend Knights. After a couple of weeks, I finally felt in place with them and oh well, now have to repeat the process with CDK. I do know a few people in CDK since I was originally in it until they disbanded several months ago.
Next I went to raid 10man Ulduar with my regular guild. Wiped a zillion times but downed Ignius after some cheesy attempts. I gotta say our preservance paid off. We tried so many different strategies so downing him finally was definitely an achivement. If only, Blizz gives us an achivement for the 'Un-giving up' or something similarly cheesy. And yeah, I won a loot ([Igniter Rod]), finally. Of course, I know Kev passed it to me. :p Even though I teased him mercilessly all the time. Hah. I gotta try pug an EoE or naxx 10 even to get a one-handed weapon since the one I have is only ilvl 200. Or if Razorscale drop that [Guiding Star], that'll be awesome.
Ulduar is still rather hard and I expect us to wipe a zillion times some more over the next few weeks until we get more gear. But, it's only a matter of time to get it on farm status.
Raiding aside, work wise, I managed to finish my deadlines last week and while I have new deadlines this week, its alot less stressful than that big one I had last week. Still, that task is now on L2 testing stage so I hope it get past thru' that so I can be done with it.
This week's a short week, with Labour day on friday. I had wanted to take the following monday off but I'll get my pay cut since I'm still on probation. And I had taken 2 days off because I fell sick and so probably should save it.
