Blizzard lauches patch 3.3 two weeks ago and I decided to pop in and give it a try. The random LFG has gotten much buzz lately and for the right reasons too. Joining the LFG queue on patch day, I was granted a group almost immediately, minus the instance servers full bug. And after the first weekend, I've switched out almost all of my pre 3.3 patch gear.
First try at the new dungeons, got stuck at Halls of Reflection and unable to progress beyond the waves. Have to admit my gear at that time just doesn't cut it and add on other reasons like lack of dps, tank unable to pick up adds fast enough etc + my spellpower was only about 2.2k. After wiping like 5x, we decided to call it.
Second try at HoR 2 days later yielded a much different results. It was still tedious healing but it was not as bad and we were able to progress past the waves to get Arthas to chase us. Got a few upgrades from here as well.
So a friend invited me to a trash rep run at 10man ICC yesterday and I went with him for 2 resets. At the end of the 2nd reset, from the last trash, [Belt of the Lonely Noble] dropped. Everyone went wide-mouthed wow.... and started rolling for it. Being the nub I am, I rolled disenchanted once I saw its plate and I can't use it (me on priest). People starting yelling who the nub was that rolled disenchant for a BOE item. I kept quiet. lol

I bet people went wild on vent. My friend couldn't stop laughing. Omg omg, I actually won the stupid disenchant roll.
Friend: Issy you nub! You better treasure that abyss crystal. It just costs you 6k gold.
Me: yeah yeah. Shhhhsss, don't tell others.
And then 5 mins later, I started getting tells from people.
Person: Hey, how much do you want to sell that belt for? My gm wants to buy it from you for 4k gold.
Me: Lol, its disenchanted.
Person: What? You de it? What a waste.
Me: Not me, but I was having a retarded moment and rolled disenchanted.
Person: Awww, can you send a gm ticket? If you get the item back, my gm will buy it. You can even ask for more gold.
Me: Ok, umm I haven't play WoW in a while, so how do you open a gm ticket?
Person: ....
Well I eventually, did open a gm ticket but haven't got a response. Fingers crossed.
On the same day, in a random heroic HOL, a huntard stood too far from the group and got the pat. Fd and had the mobs come to me - the healer. I didn't see them as we were busy downing the golems before Loken. Got 2 shotted before I could hit the fade button.
Me: wtf.
Pally tank: rezing priest.
Huntard: LoL priests should die first, that's a given.
Me: *fuming*
At Loken, being the huntard he is, he stood at far range shooting at Loken while I group healed everyone up minus him since he's not within my group heal range. I grudingly put a renew on him but refuse to cast any direct heals on him.
Huntard: HP goes to 0 => dead.
Me: LOL, payback is evil. Wooot
Huntard: lmao
Me: if you are smart, you shouldn't piss off your healer or you can bandage yourself.
Well, if he really isn't that stupid, he would have stand at minimum range and even if I don't want to heal him, I can't tell PoH or CoH not to heal the huntard.
Moral of the story - don't piss off your healer.
