Mwhahaha, after my last character on Dynasty Warriors 5:Xtreme Legends got whacked by the pesky archers, I started playing a new one on Monday. Yeah, annoying is an understatement to describe those pesky archers. At higher difficulty, they shoot fire/ice arrows that really kills.
Monday night:
- Created a new warrior, named Lu Yi, using Lu Bu's moveset.
- Started a new Xtreme mode game.
- Cleared the first 30 missions with no usage of any meat buns. (Yay!!)
- Got Guan Ping, Zhao Yun, Sima Yi, Xu Zhu and Lu Bu as my allies.
- Conquered my very own land in Ju Lu.
Tuesday night:
- Argh! I lost Lu Bu and Guan Ping as my ally after he got captured while I conquered another land.
- Escorted a craftsman and got my land size at unit 1.
- Consumed an ointment, pesky archers again.
- Got Jiang Wei as my final ally, yay! I love Jiang Wei.
- Cleared up to mission 59.
- Now at 60% to unification.
- Max out attack, defense and life attributes.
- Got Ice orb on my weaspon.
- Got Lu Yi's fourth weapon - Sky Scorcher.
- Lu Yu's HP left 10%, danger!!! and No shops in next mission.
- Damn, annoying Huang Gai joined me instead. I don't want him because his stupid bombs hurted me and my allies. Lousy old man.
Wednesday night:
- Lucky for Health Pouch, I manage to survive mission 60.
- My land size increased to 4.
- 100% unification, I've united China.
- Escorted another craftsman, land size increase to 2 units.
- Lu Yi's HP now at 70%.
- Max out all stats attributes.
- Got Evolution attack at least on my weapon.
- Finally managed to get rid of Huang Gai.
- My allies are now (in order of longest HP), Zhou Tai, Xu Zhu, Sima Yi, Zhao Yun, Jiang Wei and Xiahou Dun.
- Cleared mission 73.
Thursday night:
- Escorted one more craftsman, so now my land size is 5 which is the max.
- Stats as for now, max all attributes, unified China and land size is now max.
- My allies are still Zhou Tai, Xu Zhu, Sima Yi, Zhao Yun, Jiang Wei and Xiahou Dun.
- Zhou Tai & Xu Zhu's HP are now max I think, they don't seem to increase anymore. Xiahou Dun's HP still the lowest.
- Cleared mission 86.
- Lu Yi's HP now at 90%, had two ointments because I got careless and got whacked by officer on horse.
- Very nearly got killed at one stage as I left only 1 bar of HP left, all it would take is one whack/one arrow to kill me. Luckily, Xiahou Dun saved me. hehe.
- Saw Ling Tong,Lu Bu on the 'for-hire' list in the shop but no more free slots available. Grrr. I so wanted to get Ling Tong.
Friday night:
Shit, I got slain! *sob* Yeah final mission at 88. Crap! I'm so pissed about it but its really my fault, I got greedy and went for a supply depot and got ambushed.
