I've taken upon myself to protect the environment by using less plastic bags. It's frightening how Singapore being such a small country, actually uses twice as many plastic bags a year compared to Australia. I can't remember the exact reason why plastic bags are bad for enviornment but I vaguely remember it has something to do with the fact that they are not biodegradeable.

So, nowadays whenever I do my grocery shopping, I would ask for less bags. I don't even want my heavier package double-bagged because I am prepared to take the extra effort and deal with it. The worst case scenario would be the plastic bag break but from experience, they don't do that unless there's something sharp among my purchases.

I've created a new section, titled my obsessions. Hehe. Yeah, some of my friends know me for being passionate about things I love and I cannot stop talking about it, so I might as well create a section for that, a single place where I can put in tibits and other info about all my <?php echo l('obsessions','obsession'); ?>.

Vincent Valentine and Gackt pages are under construction. Yup, these two are my current obsessions. hehe.

I've also shifted one blog entry into the 'private' section because I had second thoughts about leaving it out in the open. As per the other private entries, get an account and tell me who you are, I'll upgrade it so that you can access the section.

I've been hearing frequent visitors to the DDG Message board telling me their favorite singers and Gackt is always on their list but I have never heard of him or even know who he is. That being said, all it took was a single track - Redemption - and I'm his new fan.

He injected into him with monster serum, giving Vincent the ability to morph and shapeshift into monsters.

This theme is very red, afterall, red is Vincent's color. If you don't know who Vincent is, he's a mysterious character in Final Fantasy VII. In the game, he was human but his DNA had been modified by a mad scientist and monster serum was injected into him, so that he could morph into monsters and inflicted special damages due to his ability. He can also fly, because he was also exposed to Substance G, which resulted in he being able to morph into a demonic form. Vincent's chosen weapon is a gun called QuickSilver. In Advent Children and Dirge of Cerberus, his chosen weapon is Cerberus (a three barrel revolver).
